3000W 54V Front-End Power Supply Features PMBus and Platinum Efficiency
Tectrol, Inc. has introduced its new TFE3000-54, a 3,000W 1U hot-swap power supply delivering 80 Plus Platinum efficiencies with power density of 33.48W/in³. The TFE3000-54 offers a floating dc output of 54V which is adjustable from 42-55Vdc making it suited for power-over-Ethernet, telecommunications and networking applications. Measuring 1.6" x 4" x 14", the supply features: a standby output of either 3.3V or 5V rated for 2A; digital I2C/PMBus status & control; and a single rear blind-mate connector for ac input, dc output and status / control connections.
An optional 1U 19" Power Shelf is available to mount up to 4 power supplies for N+1 or 2N dual feed redundancy operations. Units are safety approved to cTUVus 60950-1 and bear the CE Mark for world wide applications. Evaluation quantities are available on-hand with production lead time of 12 weeks. Pricing starts as low as $0.11/Watts in OEM quantities.
