3-Phase High-Input-Voltage AC-DCs Deliver up to 500W

The HTP 300-F3 and HTP 500F-FXW series of compact, three-phase, high voltage input ac/dc power supplies from ABSOPULSE Electronics Ltd. deliver up to 300W and 500W output power respectively. The units operate from a 3-phase line input of either 400Vac (360- to 440-Vac range) or 480Vac (430- to 530-Vac range). They deliver a single output voltage of 24Vdc, 48Vdc, 125Vdc or custom. The 3-phase power supplies are suitable for a broad range of heavy-duty applications including factory automation, industrial machinery and equipment.

The industrial quality designs are verified for 5600Vdc input-to-output isolation. Other electronic protection includes inrush current limiting, reverse polarity protection, output current limiting with short-circuit protection and thermal shutdown with auto-resetting. The units comply with the requirements for EN/UL60950-1 and equivalent safety standards. EMI performance meets EN55022 Class A with wide margins, with Class B available on request.

The power supplies are ruggedized and the printed circuits are conformal coated for protection against humidity and airborne contaminants. Both designs are rated for operation over a 0 to +50 degrees C temperature range at full load with no derating required. The 300W version is cooled by conduction and natural convection and has a total footprint of 132 x 64 x 300 mm. The 500W design is cooled by internal fans and measures 185 x 66 x 358 mm.
