2W Unregulated DC-DCs for IoT and Industrial Applications
The AM2LO-Z is a new SMD dc-dc converter series from Aimtec that provides cost savings due to an enhanced manufacturing process. It also features excellent reliability and performance, according to the company.
The AM2LO-Z series is suitable for industrial controls, instrumentation, communication, and IoT applications.
The converters have a standard input voltages of 3.3Vdc & 5Vdc as well as an output voltage range from 3.3V, 5V, ±3.3V & ±5V. With single or dual outputs, the single output models have a maximum output current of 400mA or 500mA, and the dual output variants feature a maximum output current of either ±200mA or ±303mA.
The dc-dc converters feature a low profile, open-frame design. This new series operates at temperatures, from -40℃ to 105℃ with full power up to 85℃.
Also, a 6 500,000h MTBF and isolation of 4200Vdc for improved reliability and system safety come standard.
Aimtec backs the RoHS-compliant device with a 3-year warranty.
