200Vdc to 425Vdc Input 300W Single-Output DC-DCs

TDK-Lambda has developed the 300W single output-model (PH300A280) for PH-A280 series of high input voltage dc-dc power modules. Orders for the new products are accepted from December 1, except for 5V output type will be accepted from March 2017.

Features and benefits include: Efficiency of 91% (48V output type, 280-Vdc input), 3% improvement over earlier product; Dimensions are industry standard 1/2 brick size, 50% reduction from existing product; and input voltage range upper limit extended to 425Vdc.

Standard output voltages include, 5Vdc, 12Vdc, 24Vdc, 28Vdc and 48Vdc. These dc-dc converters hav an operating temperature range of -40 to +100 degrees C and meet UL60950-1, CSA C22.2 No.60950-1, and EN60950-1. They carry a five-year warranty.

Major applications are expected to include: automated devices for industrial and commercial applications, measuring equipment, general industrial equipment, smart city and plant related equipment.
