150-Vdc to 1500-Vdc Input 45W Dual-Output DC-DCs

The safety of power grid becomes more important with the rising demand of electricity. Static VAR generators (SVG) greatly improve the quality of power grid and ensure the safety of system by balancing three-phase load, restraining harmonics and improving power factor. To meet the requirements of SVG and photovoltaic generation systems for design reliability, Mornsun has developed the 45-Watt dual-output PV45-29D1515-15 dc-dc converters.

With both outputs rated for 15V and 1.53A, these converters feature ultra-wide input voltage of 150- to 1500-Vdc and instantaneous over-voltage withstand capability up to 1600-Vdc, which greatly reduces the risk of damage due to input surge voltage. With high isolation up to 4000Vac and excellent EMS performance (level-four electric standard), it also ensures system safety.

Moreover, PV45-29D1515-15 is also suitable for harsh environments with a -40 to +85 degrees C operating temperature range and 5000m high altitude rating. With built-in input under-voltage, reverse voltage, output short-circuit, over-current and over-voltage protections, it can provide greater reliability than self-built solutions. These conduction-cooled enclosed power supplies measure 105mm x 144.5mm x 40mm.
