1-Watt AEC-Q100 DC-DC Converter with 4.2kVdc Isolation
Mornsun has launched the CFB0505XT-1WR3 SMD dc-dc converter module which is specifically designed for automotive applications. The CFB0505XT-1WR3 dc-dc converter meets automotive EMC standards and AEC-Q100 requirements.
This 1-Watt dc-dc converter has an input voltage range of 4.5- to 5.5-Vdc and provides an isolated 5-Vdc output. It is expected to be widely used in applications such as automotive, rail transportation, industrial control, etc.
The CFB0505XT-1WR3 features compact size, 3000Vac/4200Vdc isolation voltage, and operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C, which make it suited for automotive applications. It offers efficiency up to 82% and output continuous short-circuit protection.
