1.5W Metal-Plate Current-Sense Resistor in 1206 Size

September 22, 2016 by Jeff Shepard

KOA Speer Electronics introduces the new TLR2BP current-sense resistor, featuring a 1.5-Watt power rating in a 1206 package. The TLR2BP is a metal-plate resistor that provides excellent dimension accuracy and low height with a thickness as low as 0.6mm. In addition, it offers superior corrosion and heat resistance with an operating temperature of -65 to +170 degrees C.

KOA Speer’s TLR2BP resistor has low T.C.R. available down to +/-50 ppm/ degree C with resistance tolerance of +/- 1%. The TLR2BP will be offered in resistance values of 1mΩ up to 20mΩ and is AEC-Q200 qualified.

Used primarily for current detection, the TLR2BP current sense resistors are ideal for transportation, industrial, telecommunications, and consumer electronics markets in applications such as personal computing devices, dc-dc conversion, automotive modules, motor control, and power supplies. Lead time is 14 weeks. Samples are available upon request.
