1.27mm pitch SM connectors rated for 150Vac and 1A

Harwin, Inc. has announced a quick turn around sample service on its Archer range of 1.27mm pitch M50 and M52 fine pitch board-to-board and cable-to-board connectors which are available on tape and reel packaging for easy PCB assembly. The range is available in a wide variety of mating heights, with board-mounted sockets from 2.2 to 8.5mm, and with different mounting options. Available in SIL and DIL styles with row spacings of 1.27 (0.05in) or 2.54mm (0.1in), as well as IDC styles, Archer connectors feature a current rating of 1A per contact, voltage rating of 150V AC and an insulation resistance of 1,000MΩ minimum. Insertion force is as low as 0.6N max, and the operating temperature range is -40 to +105 degrees C.

Archer connector series includes: M50-3xx, Variant Pin Headers and Cable Assemblies – 1.27mm (0.05in) pitch double row headers and sockets, board-to-board and cable-to-board; M50-4xx – 1.27mm (0.05in) pitch double row board-to-board headers and sockets with polarization and shrouding; and M52, including Variant Pin Headers – 1.27 x 2.54mm (0.05x 0.1in) pitch, single and double row board-to-board.
