There are many solutions, selection depends on requrements - output power, voltage, current, cost, topology, isolated/non-isolated, dimming etc. Have a look at Silergy portfolio, for example...

Depends on what you're looking for. A simple ST or ADI device would work if you can find small batches that send in a short of amount of time.
