Zapworld.Com To Acquire emPower Corp.

Zapworld.Com (Sebastopol, CA) recently announced it has reached an agreement to acquire emPower Corp. (Cambridge, MA), an electric scooter company. Under terms of the agreement, Zapworld will acquire all technology, assets, and shares as well as $1.0 million in cash from emPower in exchange for up to 525,000 shares of Zapworld common stock.
