Vicor to Showcase Power Management Solutions at electronica 2012

Vicor Corporation announced its participation in electronica 2012, the 25th international trade fair for electronic components, systems and applications, hosted in Munich, Germany, November 13 - 16. Among the highlights planned for Electronica 2012, Vicor will unveil the newest additions to its portfolio of high performance, high efficiency power management solutions, and host demonstrations and seminars designed to showcase the latest innovations in power electronics.

At Vicor's booth (Hall A6, Booth 560), the company's largest ever for electronica, attendees can visit with Vicor's team of power management architects to learn more about solutions and trends such as 400 VDC bus conversion solutions for power distribution, new enhancements to Vicor's Factorized Power Architecture (FPA®) for current multiplication at the point of load, and Zero-Voltage Switching (ZVS) point-of-load DC-DC regulation.

Vicor will also host a series of live seminars at its booth on topics ranging from modeling, simulation and selection techniques in power design, practical design considerations for embedding power on the board, new approaches for creating high-performance AC-DC power systems, and 400 VDC power distribution strategies.
