UNDC to Debut Biomass Power Plant for Reservation

The United Native Depository Corp. (UNDC, San Francisco, CA), a 100-percent Native American owned financial holding company, will be working with Warm Springs Power Enterprise (Warm Springs, OR) to develop a 49.9MW biomass power plant. A feasibility study for the biomass co-generation power plant is progressing under the direction of UNDC in cooperation with the Warm Springs Indian Reservation of Oregon. The study will consider economic feasibility, site feasibility, water and fuel efficiencies, labor, an interconnect analysis, power sale potential and the overall economic return.
