TT Electronics plc (Paterson, NJ) has renamed its subsidiary companies within its magnetics division, unifying its companies under a single banner. Effective May 6, 2002, these companies will be known as MMG and will encompass TT Electronics’ worldwide subsidiaries engaged in the design, development and manufacture of magnetic materials.
Tom Carr, president of TT Electronics' magnetics division, stated, "The new name 'MMG' gives us a unified presence worldwide, and gives our customers the most comprehensive range of advanced magnetics technologies available from a single supplier. With manufacturing and sales locations in North America, Europe and Asia, we can work with customers anywhere in the world to design and deliver magnetic materials wherever they need them."
