Tadiran Batteries Ltd. (Israel) reported that it will supply Neptune Technology Group (US) with $5 million worth of its proprietary Pulses Plus lithium cylindrical cells and battery packs for water meters during 2005.

The Pulses Pack is a breakthrough technology, with an ability to supply high energy in extreme environmental and temperature conditions, and a lifespan of up to 20 years. The features make the Pulses Pack batteries suitable for water, gas and electricity meters; toll booths; medical equipment; and military applications.
