Richardson Electronics Signs Distribution Agreement with Peregrine Semiconductor

Richardson Electronics (LaFox, IL) announced the signing of a worldwide distribution agreement with Peregrine Semiconductor (San Diego, CA). Richardson will bring Peregrine's patented Ultra-Thin-Silicon (UTSi) CMOS process technology to a global customer base. Richardson will also stock Peregrine's family of prescalers, mixers, switches and phase-locked loop products.
