Millennium Cell Stockholders Elect Board

Millennium Cell Inc. (Eatontown, NJ) announced the election by shareholders of 10 directors, including two new members of the board of directors - Richard Sandor, and John Wallace. Shareholders also ratified the appointment of Ernst and Young as the company's independent public accountants.

Re-elected board members include Chairman Chris Andersen, partner, Andersen, Weinroth and Partners; Kenneth Baker, President and CEO of Altarum; William Fike, retired Vice Chairman and Executive Vice President of Magna International; Alexander MacLachlan, retired Senior Vice President and Chief Technical Officer of DuPont Chemical Company; Zoltan Merszei, retired President, Chairman and CEO of the Dow Chemical Company; David Ramm, Principal of DKR Development; James Rawlings, partner at Andersen, Weinroth and Partners; and Stephen Tang, President and CEO, Millennium Cell.
