Metallic Power Inc. (Carlsbad, CA) has appointed Leap Wireless International Inc. Chairman and CEO and QUALCOMM co-founder Harvey White to its board of advisors. In this capacity, White will help Metallic Power plan the deployment of its technology in telecommunications backup power applications and manage its rapid growth.
