KDDI Corp. (Tokyo, Japan) has signed a new business-exchange memorandum with regional Chinese telecom companies Beijing Telecom Corp., Shanghai Telecom Corp. and Guangdong Telecom Corp. The memorandum contains details pertaining to a comprehensive exchange relating to operations, technology, marketing and other areas relevant to the telecommunications business, as well as the annual exchange of management staff to discuss important matters of mutual interest.
