IXYS Corp. (Santa Clara, CA) announced that it has reorganized its wholly owned subsidiary, Directed Energy Inc. (DEI), resulting in two divisions, creating a newly formed division called IXYS RF. DEI remains as a wholly owned subsidiary and a division of IXYS. The new division is chartered with developing a new generation of devices, including RF MOSFETs, RF driver ICs, GaAs devices, and RF modules and ICs.
