Hydrogenics Corp. (Toronto, Canada) announced the appointment of Wesley Twiss to Hydrogenics' board of directors. Twiss was previously employed as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of PanCanadian Energy Corp. In addition to serving as a director on the board, Twiss will lend his expertise to the company's audit committee.
