For the fourth quarter ended May 31, 2002, total revenue was $1.1 million, versus $0.8 million in the fiscal fourth quarter of 2001. The net loss for the quarter was $7.5 million, or $0.14 per share, versus a net loss of $11.4 million, or $0.21 per share, in the year-ago period.
