Greenlight Opens Fuel Cell Testing Services Division

November 19, 2002 by Jeff Shepard

Greenlight Power Technologies Inc. (Burnaby, BC), a leading global supplier of fuel cell testing and diagnostic equipment, announced the opening of its new British Columbia facilities and the launch of its new fuel cell testing services division. Greenlight is expecting to triple its annual revenue in 2002, which has prompted the company to establish its large-scale manufacturing and research and development facility one year earlier than planned. The new 54,000ft² facility increases the company's manufacturing capability and supports the growth of the company's fuel cell diagnostics and fuel cell testing services divisions.

"Greenlight's vision of providing leading test solutions to the fuel cell industry is more than simply providing industry-leading test equipment," stated CEO David Chapman. "Innovative solutions such as Greenlight's testing services enable our customers to economically utilize their research and development and testing resources to improve their productivity and time to market. Greenlight's independence and focus on fuel cell test and diagnostic equipment provides customers with the assurance that their intellectual property will be kept confidential."
