DOSA Adds Power-One and NetPower To Alliance
The Distributed-power Open Standards Alliance (DOSA) announced that Power-One, Inc., and NetPower Technologies, leading power supply manufacturers, have joined the industry alliance. DOSA was established in February 2004 to develop standards for dc-dc converters to ensure compatibility and facilitate second sourcing for customers. Alliance membership includes Tyco Electronics Power Systems, Inc., SynQor, Inc., C&D Technologies, Delta, Lambda, Ericsson, Artesyn/Emerson, Wall Industries, Acbel and Bel Power.
