Curtis Industries, a division of Power Holdings, Inc. announced today that as of June 3, 2013, it has acquired Tri-Mag, Inc., which manufactures standard and customized power supplies. Tri-Mag, based in Visalia, California, brings to Curtis its full line of power supplies and dc-dc converters. The company's line of EMI/RFI filters augments Curtis' line of filters and terminal blocks.
