Power Integrations Inc. (San Jose, CA), a leader in power conversion semiconductor technology, announced that industry veteran Bala Iyer has been appointed to its board of directors. From 1998 to 2003, Iyer served as a senior vice president and chief financial officer of Conexant Systems Inc., a worldwide leader in semiconductor systems solutions for digital home information and entertainment networks.
