Annual Battery Conference on Applications and Advances Announces Technical Sessions

The 16th Annual Battery Conference on Applications and Advances (Long Beach, CA) has announced it will feature two parallel tracks of sixteen technical sessions providing an opportunity for an in-depth examination of issues associated with the analysis, design and selection of batteries and power conditioners. Performance and cost goals of various applications will be discussed. The conference will consist of Track A, focused on High Power Systems, and Track B, focused on Low Power Systems. The program will include nearly 110 invited and contributed presentations, with proceedings published by IEEE. Deadlines for submitting abstracts and manuscripts are Sept. 15, 2000 and Nov. 1, 2000, respectively.
