Xuyang Electronic Releases 1N60P Germanium Diodes

Wuxi Xuyang Electronic Co. Ltd. (China) released its 1N60P point-contact germanium diodes, designed for television images and FM radio detection, which feature a reverse voltage of 20 V to 45 V (peak) and forward current of 4 mA (minimum) to 150 mA (peak).

Capable of withstanding surge currents up to 0.5 A, the devices have an average rectified output of 50 mA and a rectification efficiency of 55%. The germanium diodes operate at up to 75 °C temperatures and have a reverse current rating of 50 µA.
