TCL Hyperpower Intros PL052540 Lithium Battery

TCL Hyperpower Batteries Inc. (China) introduced its high-rate discharge PL052540 lithium battery for use in toys, tools and scooters, which offers a nominal capacity of 1 Ah, a nominal voltage of 3.7 V and a discharge of 6 C to 10 C. The PL052540 battery has a charging voltage of 4.2 V/±0.05 and discharging current of 6.3 Ah.
With a self-discharge of <8 percent per month, the device has an operating temperature range of 0 °C to 45 °C (charge), -20 °C to +60 °C (discharge) and -20 °C to +40 °C (storage). Measuring 4.8 mm/±0.2 x 35 mm/±0.5 x 62 mm/±0.5 mm, the battery weighs 22 g/±0.5 g. The lead time is between 21 to 35 days.
