SL Power Releases Power Supply for Homecare Applications

SL Power Electronics, a division of SL Industries introduced the MINT1180 product family, said to be the only medically approved supply in the market with 180W of convection cooled output power in 3 x 5 popular footprint. The series comes in eight different models ranging from 12 to 48V and has been approved to IEC60601-1 for MOPP (Means of Patient Protection).

This new single output power supply family has both Class I and II input versions and accepts wide input range of 90 to 264Vac. The typical 90% efficiency and convection cooled make this supply an excellent solution for HomeCare applications without use of fan. With less than 1.3" in height and compact size, the MINT1180 can easily fit in tight spaces. The family is CE marked to Low Voltage Directive and has been certified to CB scheme with required deviations for countries around the globe. The MINT1180 product line is designed to meet the stringent EMC requirements for medical applications.
