Sheng Ye Electrical Co. Ltd. (China) introduced its new CBB20 capacitors, which are constructed using polypropylene-film dielectric materials with vacuum-vaporated metal electrodes and axial leads of tinned wire. The products feature non-inductive construction, high capacitance value, high moisture resistance and employ IEC384-2 Grade I standard.
The devices have 0.01µF to 25µF ratings for 100Vdc applications, 0.01µF to 15µF values for 250Vdc, 0.01µF to 8µF for 400Vdc operations, and 0.01µF to 2.5µF ratings for 630Vdc. Device capacitance tolerance is given at ±5&, ±10% ±20%. The insulation resistance is >15 gigaohms (5 gigaohms (>0.33µF capacitance). The operating temperature range is from -40°C to +85°C.
