Power Partners Announces 80W Desktop Power Supplies For OEM Applications

Power Partners announced the KSAFJ series of desktop ac-dc power supplies, which deliver up to 80W of power in a compact 5.55 x 2.36 x 1.37" package. The KSAFJ series operates from 90-264Vac input and offers single output models ranging from 12 up to 20Vdc. Class I or Class II models are offered. Units are said to boast ultra-low standby power consumption.

Conversion efficiencies are 75% minimum and are said to ensure quiet and reliable operation without the need for a cooling fan. Operating temperature is 0 to 40°C. Load regulation is specified at 5%. Ripple and noise is 1% maximum. Comprehensive overvoltage, overcurrent , short circuit, and thermal shutdown circuitry is employed to protect the end equipment and the power supply.

Units comply with the latest RoHS directives and are approved to UL, CSA, TUV, AS/NZS, GB and PSE standards and bear the CE Mark. EMI performance meets class B for both radiated and conducted emissions.
