NPI Intros PowerBank PB1506PFC Power Supplies

Northwest Power Integrations Inc. (NPI, Milwaukie, OR), a Vicor Integration Architect, introduced a new series of its PowerBank family of low-profile power supplies that adds power-factor correction capability. From inputs of 115Vac to 230Vac, it provides up to six configurable main outputs and two low-power auxiliary outputs. Designated the PowerBank PB1506PFC, output power is 1,200W at 110Vac and 1,500W at 220Vac.

The unit is designed with 19in rack applications in mind, but it can also be

used as a stand-alone box. Many mounting options make it suitable for a variety

of applications. Internal fans provide cooling, and dimensions are 16.84in x 12.6in x 1.75in.

Prices start as low as $1.42/W in 100-piece quantities. Lead time is one to eight

weeks.
