NJR Starts Shipments of NJW4100 Li-Ion Battery Charger ICs

New Japan Radio Co. Ltd. (NJR, Japan) started sample shipments of its NJW4100 lithium-ion (Li-Ion) battery charger controller ICs, which enable the charging current and voltage, as well as the charging temperature range, to be set individually by external resistors in accordance with the battery size.
Available in 10 mm x 5 mm x 1.6 mm (DMP20) or 6.5 mm x 4.4 mm x 1.2 mm (SSOP20) packages, the products are priced at $0.64 per piece.
