LTC Debuts LT1803/LT1804/LT1805 Op Amps
Linear Technology Corp. (LTC, Milpitas, CA) announced its new LT1803, LT1804 and LT1805 single, dual and quad, rail-to-rail input and output, low-power op amps. Featuring high-speed performance, 85MHz gain-bandwidth product and 100V/µs slew rate, the voltage feedback op amps combine extra speed with low-voltage, single-supply operation. The LT1803/04/05 are suitable for high-frequency, low-voltage, signal conditioning and data acquisition systems.
Drawing 3mA supply current, the devices' rail-to-rail inputs and outputs provide a wide dynamic range desirable in low-voltage applications. The LT1803, LT1804 and LT1805 do not compromise dc performance for high-speed, low-voltage operation. The minimum open-loop gain of 86dB ensures gain linearity while the CMRR of over 78dB reduces errors due to common-mode signals. The LT1803, LT1804 and LT1805 can operate from supplies as low as 2.3V and up to 12.6V. The devices are fully specified over the commercial temperature range of 0°C to 70°C, and the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
The LT1803 single is offered in the five-pin SOT23 and eight-pin SOIC packages. The LT1804 dual is available in the eight-pin SOIC and ultra-compact, 3mm x 3mm, DFN package. The LT1805 quad is available in the 14-pin SOIC package. Pricing starts at $1.30 each for the single, $1.95 each for the dual and $3.50 each for the quad, all in 1,000-piece quantities.
