Leshan Radio Co. Ltd. (China) presented its new SMA diodes that feature high efficiency and durability. The FM401 to FM407 products are 1A glass-passivated SMA diodes, the FM4933 to FM4937 are 1A fast-recovery SMA diodes, and the EFM101 to EFM106 are 1A super-fast-recovery SMA diodes. The HFM101 to HFM106 products are 1A high-efficiency SMA diodes, and the SS12 to SS16 offerings are 1A Schottky SMA diodes. Minimum order is 5,000 pieces with a lead time of 30 to 60 days.
