Kelon Relay Offers KLDJ19 Electromechanical Relay

Kelon Relay Co. Ltd. (Yueqing, China) introduced the new KLDJ19 electromechanical relay, which has a nominal voltage of 12Vdc or 24Vdc and dissipates 1.6W. It has a maximum switching current of 80A and switching power of 1kW.

Suited to automotive, motor and industrial equipment applications, the 28mm x 28mm x 25mm device is available with 1A or 1C contact arrangement, and offers a breakdown voltage of 1kVac between coil and contact or 1.5Vac between open contacts. The operating time is <10ms, while the release time is <5ms. It has an insulation resistance of at least 100 megohms and is rated for operation from -40 to +85 degrees C. The relay has a mechanical lifespan of one million operations and an electrical lifespan of 100,000 operations.
