Huge Power Releases 3R3D6F22/5R5D10F33 Supercapacitors

Huge Power Co. Ltd. (Taiwan) released its 3R3D6F22 and 5R5D10F33 supercapacitors, suitable for CMOS RAMs, which feature capacitances of 0.22 F to 0.33 F, and have a rated voltage of 3.3 Vdc (3R3D6F22) to 5.5 Vdc (5R5D10F33). The 3R3D6F22 measures 6(ø) x 2.1 mm, while the 5R5D10F33 comes in dimensions of 10(ø) x 5.5 mm.
The devices have a power density about 20 times that of batteries and have a durability of 100,000 cycles.
