Goodwork Semi Debuts SR20200 Schottky Rectifiers

Goodwork Semiconductor Co. Ltd. (Taiwan) unveiled the new SR20200 schottky barrier rectifiers, which handle a maximum forward rectified current of 20A and withstand a peak forward surge current of 200A, making them suitable for use in switching power supplies, power adapters and TFT-LCDs. The devices have a maximum peak reverse voltage of 200V and a reverse voltage of 100V. The rectifiers are screened for operation over the -55°C to +150°C temperature range.
