Goodwork Intros SM 4005M-SM 4007M Rectifiers

Goodwork Semiconductor Co. Ltd. (Taiwan) introduced the new SM 4005M to SM 4007M miniature SMD silicon rectifiers, which are suitable for surface-mount applications, and are offered in a molded plastic case with a UL 94V-0 rate, flame-retardant epoxy and are solder plated and solderable per MIL-STD-202F terminals.

With a built-in strain relief and high surge-current capability, the rectifiers feature a current peak reverse voltage of 400V to 1,000V, an rms voltage of 280V to 700V, a dc blocking voltage of 400V to 1,000V, and an instantaneous forward voltage of 1.1V. Typical junction capacitance is 15pF, and the operating and storage temperature range is from -65°C to +150°C.
