Gatax Debuts GA0D0G32 Power Amplifier

Gatax Technology Co. Ltd. (Taiwan) introduced the new GA0D0G32 triple-band power amplifier module designed for use in triple-band (GSM900, DCS1800, PCS1900) mobile phones. The amplifier comes in a 16-pin surface-mount package, measuring 11.6mm x 9.1mm x 1.7mm.

The GA0D0G32 incorporates an internal circuit for 50-ohm I/O matching. It operates via a supply voltage ranging from 2.7V to 3.8V. Power-control voltage is from 0.9V to 2.4V. The chip is specified for operation at temperatures from -30 to +85 degrees C. The storage temperature range is from -55 to +125 degrees C.
