Fast Transient Response POLs

The new BSV-H series from Bellnix is a small size (27.0 x 16.5 x 4.2mm size) and light weight (3.1g) step-down converter, which has achieved 39.6W. Since it can deliver an ultra-low output voltage of 0.8V, it can be used for the latest DSP, ASIC applications. Due to high efficiency and high-speed response by synchronous rectification circuit technology, it is a saving space device needing no external components, and is delivered in a SMD package.

Features include: Output voltage accuracy ±1%; Small size, High power density; High speed load response; 92% efficiency; 30mVp-p ripple and noise; Over current protection; Under voltage lock out; ON/OFF control; and SMD Package.
