Cosonic Releases New MC-1 Ceramic Capacitors

Cosonic Ent. Corp. (Taiwan) released its radial-leaded MC-1 mulit-layer ceramic capacitors (MLCCs) that feature capacitances ranging from 1 pF to 2.7 nF (NPO), 220 pF to 470 nF (X7R) or 10 nF to 2.2 µF (Z5U).

Rated at 50 V, the devices operate within the -55 °C to +125 °C (NPO and X7R) and 10 °C to 85 °C (Z5U) temperature range. Dissipation factor is 0.15% (NPO) or 2.5% (X7R and Z5U), and withstand voltage up to 2.5 times the rating.
