Changjiang Electronics Debuts 2SD882 Transistor

Jiangsu Changjiang Electronics Technology Co. Ltd. (China) announced its new 2SD882 npn transistor, which dissipates 1.25W (25 degrees C), and provides a dc current gain ranging from 60 to 400. The TO-126 device has a maximum collector-emitter voltage of 500mV and a transition frequency of 50MHz. Both the collector and emitter cut-off current are 10µA.
The minimum order is 100,000 units with a lead time of 15 days.
