ASI Expands Line of Compact DIN Rail Mount Power Supplies

Automation Systems Interconnect, Inc. (ASI) announced the expansion of their compact DIN rail mount power supplies. The line has been expanded to include seven new compact models. Now ASI offers the CSD15C with 24 Vdc at 6A, the CSD30C with 24 Vdc at 1.25A, and the CSD50C with 24 Vdc at 2.2A. This new line of compact DIN rail mount power supplies also includes the CSD15B with 12 Vdc at 1.25A, the CSD50B with 12 to 15 Vdc at 3A, a three phase power supply and one that functions at ± 12 or ± 15 Vdc at 6A.

Much like the original CSD2 power supply, the new ASI compact power supplies are Class 2 isolation devices which means that they do not require ground connections. This simplifies installation and reduces costs. All of the ASI compact power supplies feature short-circuit, overload, and over temperature protection. The UL 508 listed power supplies mount directly onto the DIN rail and have their functions, descriptions, and wiring information clearly displayed on the front panel. In addition, all of the new ASI compact power supplies have a "universal" rated input voltage of 120-230 Vac, which makes them suitable for use in equipment worldwide.
