American Zettler Intros AZ757 Mini Power Relay

American Zettler Inc. (Aliso Viejo, CA) announced its AZ757 PC-mount power relay with quick-connects that has received new ratings from UL (20 A at 250 Vac general-use and 1.5 HP at 250 Vac), which are for 100,000 cycles at an ambient temperature of 85 °C. The AZ757 provides standard PC connections for the coil with quick-connects for the contacts.

The Slimpak® design of the AZ757 takes up less than 0.5 in² of PCB space to allow high-density placement. The AZ757 has a high dielectric tating of 5 kV (contact to coil), and a 10 kV surge rating. Class B insulation (130 °C) is standard, with Class F insulation (155 °C) as an option. Coil voltages are available in 5 Vdc through 24 Vdc.

The AZ757 is available in a sealed version for automatic wave soldering and cleaning operations. Pricing starts at $0.94 for 1,000 pieces.
