10W 250Vdc Linear Power Supplies

Mid-Eastern Industries announced the availability of the Model 16C639 in the HVM product series of high-precision modular power supplies. This new 10W linear power supply delivers 250Vdc at 10mA expected to be used in ATE, Lab Test Equipment, Audio-Video, Communication and Measurement devices and any other applications where very low ripple and very low output noise are required.

Occupying a footprint of 2.7” x 4” and 2” high, the unit weighs 1.35 pounds and provides low noise of ≤3mVrms. Other specifications include: Line regulation of ¬ 0.01% (25mV) for 108- 132-Vac line variation; Load Regulation of 0.01% (25mV) for NL to FL step; Ripple of 0.01% (25mV RMS) at 120 Vac input and 250V 10mA output.

Protection functions include fixed over voltage protection, over current protection, and short circuit protection. The output voltage is customizable from 100 to 500V with a ±10% internal Voltage adjustment and maximum 10 Watts output. The HVM Series offer voltage ranges of 500V, 400V, 350V, 300V, 250V, 200V. This power supply is an “Or Equal” replacement power supply for the legacy unit PDS22393 built by Westinghouse Electric Corporation.
