Who here can maybe help with looking at the output ripple of an LED driver through an oscilloscope?

Also, I'm wondering if this is just the lamp design and I need a new thing all together.
Does your eyes see the ripple? or is it only on the scope?
What frequency of ripple? (time or frequency)
Some LED drivers turn on/off the LED at about 1khz. For half power the LED is latterly off 50% of the time. Other LED drives reduce the current to 1/2. Until I understand what type of "PWM" I can't comment.

I would guess it's the design of the lamp.

Your power supply could be the issue here. I always check that first.
