TriQuint Semiconductor Inc. (Hillsboro, OR) announced that a complaint has been filed against its wholly owned subsidiary, Sawtek Inc., and several executives of Sawtek. The complaint alleges Sawtek, and certain executive officers of Sawtek, with violations of federal securities law. TriQuint's Chief Financial Officer, Raymond Link states, "This complaint is totally without merit; the company plans to vigorously contest the claim and fully expects to win the case."
