STMicroelectronics Inc. (ST, Geneva, Switzerland) announced that Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing (Singapore) has appointed STMicroelectronics honorary Chairman Pasquale Pistorio to its board of directors. Pistorio served as ST’s President and CEO from 1998 until his retirement in March. He has more than 38 years of industry leadership experience and is known for his business acumen.
