SiGEN and Voller Energy Formalize Agreement

Voller Energy (UK) and siGEN Ltd. (Aberdeen, Scotland) have entered into a collaborative agreement for development fuel cell system and product sales. siGEN has been appointed as a distributor and service agent in Scotland of the Voller Energy VE100 and the VE1000 standard fuel cell system products. In addition, the companies have agreed to collaborate on a range of system developments where an OEM version of the VE100 will be included in siGEN systems as a preferred supplier.

Voller Energy Founder and Chief Executive Stephen Voller said, "We are delighted to be working with SiGEN, who offers a unique service. We believe that the SiGEN approach will bring great business and environmental benefits to Scotland in the near future."

siGEN, who recently attracted a significant private investment syndicate, is adding strength and depth to its product portfolio with the addition of the Voller Energy product range, consolidating its position in the supply chain as an interface between the fuel cell manufacturers and the end customers. Other siGEN suppliers include Ballard and Heliocentris, with discussions ongoing with other suppliers.
